The Indian lady and the dropped phone calls. The late charges that takes a month to 2 months to get taken off. Well All the stories are the same. We asked for them to sell our loan. They refused so we refinanced with Chase. Who also has problems - they forgot to pay our taxes for 4 months and penalties. I thinkl all these banks are all problems in one way or another. But Citibank is the worst. You can pay a payment inside the citibank and they won't apply it for 10 days. It Is a joke...Good luck to all who mortgage there.
