As I mentioned previously, my cable modem has been down for a week. The tech was due to come out this morning, but I just tried resetting it again and voila, it worked. I guess the techs I talked to the first couple times I called that said it was just an outage in the area were right. I wonder how long it has been that I could have fixed it with the reset. Oh well, it works again now.
