There is a bug in photos 4.0b2 (probably in b1 as well) that keeps the preview image from showing sometimes on the view screen. Don’t worry, it is just a small bug in the way I handled the expected file name for display. It does not affect the way the data is saved or anything like that. It will be fixed in 4.0b3.
