Usually a good hitter. If he strikes out, beers are half price for the rest of that 1/2 inning. Since beers are regularly 4 bucks, this is a great deal. For those of you who don't know about the "beer batter", it is the player on the team with the most strikeouts this season. Whenever he comes up to bat and strikes out, beers are only 25 cents for the next 5 minutes (or something like that). It makes the whole experience worth it!
