I upgraded from WP1.2 nightly of the 14th, took less than 5 minutes to upload the files and upgrade. Love it, trackback now works most of the time and pingbacks work too now.
Looking forward to the multiple blog feature and will be betatesting the next release.
I have a lot of custom code so it will take me a little longer.
