We took a day trip up to Vail today. In the morning we drove out to Eagle and played 18 at Eagle Ranch Golf Course. Then in the evening, we met up with some friends and listened to the New York Philharmonic perform at the Gerald Ford Amphitheater, an open air venue with seats in front and a grass hill in back (like a mini-Shoreline for you Bay Area folks). We brought blankets and sat on the grass. Good times.
