I’ve announced the upgrade pricing for Tasks Pro™ 1.5. Anyone who purchased on or after October 1, 2004 will get the upgrade for free. Use Tasks customers will also get the upgrade for free.

I ran the pricing by a couple of customers and they thought the upgrade cost was very reasonable, I hope the rest of my customers agree.
