I’ve released new betas, primarily to extend the expiration date because a few people indicated they would have trouble upgrading to a new release between the 25th and the 31st. However, there are a few changes in Tasks Pro™ for this beta:

• New User Quick Start Guide – you wouldn’t believe how hard this was for me to write. Please review it and let me know how it can be improved.
• When creating a new user, a task is created for that user to review the Quick Start Guide. 🙂
• Added code to handle situations on the Permissions screen when there are no users in a group.

These betas will expire on January 15th, 2005.

At this point, the code and documentation are pretty much done; the next releases will probably be the first release candidates. Now it’s just the new web site and getting all the back end systems ready holding up the release.
