The little pup was a champ at her puppy class graduation today. She received the ‘most responsive to commands’ award and she won the the ‘best trick’ category. The winning trick was as follows:
- Lie down
- I put a liver treat on each of her paws
- I tell her to leave it
- She sits there in agony, finally turning her head away from the treats - waiting for about 30-45 seconds
- I tell her ‘OK’
- She scarfs up the liver treats with abandon
