Yesterday while working on a draft of a future post I decided footnotes would be useful. After recently setting up a wiki1 I very much like how DokuWiki handles footnotes2.

what i don’t get is what parts do i need to add footnotes to my quicktags. i see it’s not a separate plugin. do i only have to replace my quicktags.js file with the one from your release?

is there a way to only use the footnote code from your plugged-in edition? i really like the idea, but don’t really need all the other things.

You might meniton that the grins plug-in has be activated to avoid getting plenty of errors using the various edit-x.php modules.

What bugs did they fix is 1.5.1.1? I looked at the Codex site and they only said that bugs will be addressed in 1.5.2
