Tasks Pro™ 1.6 beta 2

Posted in: Tasks Pro™

I’ve released Tasks Pro™ version 1.6 beta 2. This version fixes bugs reported in beta 1.

Here are the changes:

  • The body of an e-mail is properly placed in the notes of a task when there are no file attachments.
  • Time is only added to a task on completion if a timer has been started (needed a NULL check due to the database changes).
  • Added a mailto: link as an URL for tasks created from e-mails (for replying).
  • Other misc. fixes.

I haven’t tried 1.6 beta yet but I already like it… I was just wondering if you were planning this in the development of it: When tasks will be created automatically by receiving an eMail (from a php form on my site, presumably), can all of these tasks be automatically assigned as a sub-task to one already created in TasksPro so that I can use that higher level task as a “category” (”customer issues”, for instance) so that they do not all show up at the first level?

You can set defaults for all task values.
