Totally agreed, though, that big scalability costs big money, hence the &quot;ladder model&quot; that I&#039;ve been espousing to companies.

I&#039;m really, really glad you guys realize that saying &quot;5 9s&quot; and doign &quot;5 9s&quot; are two very different things ;-)</description>
