I'm glad to be switching to a BB from Nextel. Every time I've demoed one in the store, they have to beg me to give it back to them.

I have a SprintNextel i930 in which I pay $49.99 for and it also comes with an unlimited data plan. Being a former PalmOS user, I am sad to see it go.

Now, a Windows Mobile user, I like it, but not as much as the old PalmOS. Something weird about the i930 is that it comes certified, giving SprintNextel the ability to tell you which applications you can and cannot install.

Its bugging me like crazy.

Man, it depresses me that you've given up on Palm OS, as you were the one to tip me over on the Treo in the first place. ;) My 600 still works okay and is limping along these days [it works as well as it ever has, but it's just beat to heck], so I'm hoping that the 700p will come along to us non-Sprint folks sometime this year and not suck in the process.

J. S. - I still use the A900 as a bluetooth modem.

Stephan - $60/month for 1000 minutes with unlimited data and text messages (BlackBerry Minutes & Mail). If you bump it up to $70/month you can get unlimited nights and weekends too.

Great write-up! If you do not mind me asking, what do you pay total for your T-Mobile service with voice and data? I am thinking about switching and I'm trying to get a feel for what I'd be paying.
