I’ve been doing some front-end consulting for Dexterra, but they really need to hire someone in-house to own the UI for a pretty cool enterprise web-based application they are building.
You would own the UI, doing the interaction design and championing usability concerns as well as developing layouts in Visio, mock-ups in Photoshop and functional HTML prototypes (including HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
A good candidate would have about 5 years of experience doing front-end work for web based applications, be well versed in semantic HTML, web standards and AJAX.
