		<description>UPDATE: After installing the firmware update that was supposed to help with heat (which I didn't really have a problem with), I started getting the random shutdown issues. I then installed the firmware update that is supposed to fix that, but it hasn't. Looks like it'll be going in for service.</description>

		<description>Wow, I've done the same thing. In the past, OWC was great for RAM, however I've been pretty fortunate with Crucial now instead, after going through some bad RAM with others in the past. Can't take a risk with that sort of thing.</description>
