Procrastinating

Posted in: alexking.org

I’ve been working on v2 of this site for a lot longer than I expected (the original plan was a week, ha!). Part of the reason is that I keep putting off the :scare: boring :/scare: content conversion in favor of :scare: fun :/scare: plugin development. I need to buckle down and finish converting the content, or I’ll never be able to launch this thing. :)

    Hey Alex,

Are you going to go back to the full content feed - or are you settled on only excerpts?

Um, I’ve never not had a full content feed as far as I know. My thoughts on the subject.

Whoa, the content:encoded section seems gone entirely. WTF happened here? As of 10/6 it was full content… looks like a setting got switched to summaries in WP. No idea how that happened. Should be back now - as of the next post perhaps (depending on your reader’s 304 support).

    Thanks for letting me know!

Yep, I’m building on WP 2.1. As far as I know, no release date has been set.

I’m redoing my entire site, and what I thought was going to be a few day project is now turning into a few weeks.
