		<description>Having laid out a bounty my own self, I'm aware that there's many such ways to go about this.  What you did?  Totally cool.  This is a niche best served by a commercial product.  The only bounty I've funded regarded a free app for a free/open service, so I was simply trying to provide some financial incentive for it---and, as such, I put in caveats about that bounty's nature.

The way I look at it is this in the mind that the golden rule here is that he who has the gold makes the rules, y'know?  If you want a free solution, start your own bounty with your own conditions and see what kind of response you'll get.  :)</description>
