As much as we believe in giving back, however, we do have mortgages to pay and beers to drink, so we need paying customers that share our belief in this model and the importance of participation, openness and transparency.

I think it’s pretty great how RedMonk chooses to do business. It’s success stories like this that get folks questioning the status quo.
