I’ve put up a new release of Share This, which has a few pretty good changes/bug fixes:
- Clicking the Share This link will hide the form if it is open.
- Don’t show the Share This link in the feeds.
- Titles with apostrophes work properly.
- Don’t show the Share This link in the mobile interface (if using my WP Mobile Edition plugin).
If you are using Share This, I strongly recommend upgrading to this version.
The download is available on my WordPress Plugins page.
If you have any trouble with this, please open a thread in the WP Support Forums and send me the link.

Since I was using the template tag in my theme instead of the auto-append to content, I never saw this until some folks whose feeds I’m subscribed to started using the plugin. No one ever reported the problem to me.

Alex,
Is there any way to take the Popularity and Share This links out of the post content? I would like to put it elsewhere on the individual post template using tags within the Loop.
Any thoughts?

Thanks anyway!

Would it be possible to have the text strings you use in the options? So that localization would be easier and updates won’t erase the translation efforts.
BTW: Great plugins.

Alex adds this Comment:
Share This (and pretty much all my plugins) use the standard WordPress localization tools.

sorry about that, i only realized it by reading it in someone else’s blog.
anyway, i like using the template tag, it’s much easier to control. unfortunately, the template tag is missing the

Alex adds this Comment:
That would be because the template tag isn’t contained in the

nevermind, the class was on the paragraph, not the link.
