If you’ve followed this site for any period of time, you probably know I’m a huge fan of Rands. I link to just about everything he writes and consider myself lucky to have spent time with him in person.
This book should be required reading for anyone in the software industry. Rand’s insights help managers better work with their engineers and gives engineers a good glimpse into the world of management. Buy it at Amazon (referral link).
