I think that the Garcia vs. Pachino thing really killed it. Kinda like how ST: Voy killed the "coolness" of the Borg, by introducing <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Species_8472">species 8472</a>. I think that the movie would have been a lot better if they had kept the Garcia character to seem more powerful (he does own 3 hotels vs 1 ). Yeah, I would agree, better than 12, not as good as 11.
