BusySync 2.0 allows you to sync iCal with Google Calendar, in addition to syncing iCal calendars with others on your LAN.
I’m still using BusySync and am generally pleased with it.

Hey Alex –
What’s the latest on BusySync vs. Spanning Sync for you?

I’ve stayed with BusySync with mostly good results. I think I’ve had to reset the sync history on one of my machines twice, but overall it’s worked very well.
I haven’t tried Spanning Sync since giving up on it last year. I’m sure it’s gotten better as well.
