For instance, I use MarsEdit to do my Blog Postings and I know many other people use other Desktop Client. All of this and most new programs suffer from this Useful Handicap. So, I would not really think circumventing the auto-complete in Wordpress Editor solves a nagging *feature* but it just adds up another plugin to your Wordpress Install. The good news is that I've got myself used to breaking up the tags with a quick delete, commas, to make it easier. :-) Well, it is rather the system of designs that we lived in rather than a *feature* of Wordpress that plagued us.
