Isn’t the point for supporters of all candidates to be unified? “The time for campaigning is done – it’s now time to focus on working together as a country.”

Consider that for those who were displeased with Bush, the rallying point was the US flag as it represents the totality of America. One may not care much for Bush, but still the flag which represents something greater is held in high regard. Likewise, those who are displeased with Obama will rather rally around the US flag for unity. People still like America if not the current President. That’s where unity comes from.

If the donations exceed the hosting costs (and even, perhaps, where they don’t), you are profiting from someone else’s original work. It may be a good idea to make clear, for example, that any money not used to host the site will be donated to the Obama/Change movement.

That quibble aside, good idea.

If some Photoshop volunteers could make some more badges I’d be tempted to use one too, something a little more international in tone though?
