Though WordPress is free, it’s hard to hire quality developers to provide development services and answer questions without paying them.

I’m sorry you seem to have jumped to the conclusion that we want to subvert any free support options for WordPress. I can assure you that’s not the case.

I think this is sad. WordPress is free, you usually get your answers on wp’s official forums. Ae you going to hire the top mods/helpers there and now their posts will be “I don’t know, give the HelpCenter a try.” or “I know your answer, you need to edit lines 1-10 to make it work. Here is lines 1 and 2, call me/us at the HelpCenter for the rest!”
