I like the idea of this and the Nike Fuel band. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to wear either while actually participating in my sports of choice (volleyball and golf).

I like my Fitbit Ultra. It’s a little pricey, but I was able to get mine at a big discount through a corporate fitness challenge program earlier this year. They’ve got a new lower-end model that’s more reasonably priced, but with fewer features. And the new Fitbit One, which offers sync directly to your phone (the Ultra syncs wirelessly, but does it through a base-station plugged into a computer via USB).
