Grip Pressure

Posted in: Misc.

I went to the driving range yesterday for the first time in weeks. With about 10 balls left, I ripped a blister on my right ring finger. I think the reason I haven’t been covering the ball with my top hand properly is because I was gripping to club too tightly and restricting the free release of my wrists and hands. After the blister ripped, I relaxed my grip and everything fell into place. :)

Too much grip pressure and too much wrist movement will lead to many unhappy results.
