In July, 2004, just after you played, new owners took over. A PGA General Manager (the head pro was retained) hired a new course superintendent. The sand traps were completely rnovated with new sand. The fairways and particularly the greens were put in an outstanding condition. A new set of tees were added for the wormen (6350). The rates were kept very reasonable. With many other changes, I suggest the writer of this review will want to play it regularly when in the Phoenix area.
