Hyland Hills (Westminster, CO)

I’ve played Hyland Hills a few times now and I have to say I’m not terribly fond of it. The course is hard, and skinny, and uncomfortable until you’ve played it enough times to know what is around the blind corners.

It’s also been slow when I’ve played there on the weekend, and the staff in the pro shop has been less than friendly on several occasions.

It is, however, inexpensive and a very good challenge. I probably won’t play it too often – especially with Indian Tree right down the street.

Maybe if I start hitting the ball really straight I’ll give it another shot.
