Deer Creek Golf Club at Meadow Ranch (Littleton, CO)

Posted in: Courses (CO)

I’ve only played Deer Creek Golf Club once, but the course definitely made an impression on me. The front nine runs up and back along the sides of a little canyon. Everything slopes to the right with OB left and junk on the right. The back 9 is a little more traditional and more forgiving.

It’s a fun track, one that I plan to play again in the future. A buddy of mine had coupons for the round we played, that seems like a good way to go if you can find them, though the normal rates aren’t terrible.

I forget exactly when we played the course, but I was surprised that they were hitting off mats at the range. I’m not sure if that is normal for their range or not.

I’d put this course in the “definitely play once” category, then you can decide if you like it or not. I imagine it will generate some mixed opinions.
