Earlier this summer Crowd Favorite enjoyed it’s 5 year anniversary. I’m really proud of what we’ve been able to do as a team over this time. In the last few years, it’s become clear to me that hiring and recruiting is both the hardest and most important part of my job. A great team sets you up for everything else you want to do.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Technical Project Manager – This isn’t a job for paper-pushers. You help our clients expand and hone their project vision, and work closely with our developers to brainstorm solutions and make sure everything we ship is excellent.
• Front-end Developer – You speak HTML and CSS fluently and are constantly looking for new and better ways to deliver a great in-browser experience. You likely have design skills or JavaScript chops, or both.
• Web Developer – This is our “full stack” position. We give our developers a chance to reach into both ends of the spectrum, from server configuration and dev ops to front-end integrations and JavaScript implementations. We’re happy to bring in great people with more narrow experience and help them broaden their skills.

For all of the above positions, WordPress experience is very useful but not required.
