Degrees and Wedges

Posted in: Equipment

It turns out that my 52 degree wedge was actually 54 degrees, and my 56 degree wedge was actually 58 degrees, while my 60 degree wedge was right on. I guess that explains the distance discrepancies. I had them bent back to the proper lofts. now I just need to find my comfortable yardages with them.

This also happened to me. It is important specially with forged clubs to check lofts regularly. The change a lot with regular use.
