I’ve released tasks 1.8.2 release candidate 1. This has some good back end changes and cleanup. It also fixes a bug (introduced in 1.8.2 beta) where the task you just saved was not highlighted in the tree.
You don’t need to update your database or config files from a 1.8.x release for this version.
It looks like PHP iCalendar 0.9.5 may be close to a release, I’m going to try to find out their schedule and if they’re close I may wait for them to release so I can include 0.9.5 in tasks 1.8.2.

does this release include multiple users?
No, it doesn’t. That version is only available to the sponsors right now.
Okay – when will it be made available? And if not, how much does it cost to get hold of a copy?
If you read back here a bit in the dev-tasks category, you’ll see information about sponsorship. I’ll email you some info.
The sponsors currently have access to beta 1 of the multi-user version. I have a feature complete beta 2 ready to go but I don’t have the installer script for it done yet.
Actually, I guess I won’t email you any info since the email address you used here is bouncing. 🙂
You can get me here: [email address removed to save poor Dave from spambot harvesters] (my hotmail is probably full!)
Could you send me details to please?
You guys have mail. 🙂
Hi,
how come I didn’t get an invitation to translate the last version?
Are you waiting for a more stable release?
Or have my last comments on the date string been such a pita? 😉
Bye
Nike
Hi Nike. There aren’t any new strings from 1.8 to 1.8.2 – just bug fixes.
