@dberkholz Good question. I think that trying to quantify the bad interaction to good interaction ratio is tough. Personally I think I got a little bogged down in challenging those numbers in my head when actually it’s the larger picture that is most important.
Also, you were speaking to an intimidating crowd that had a lot to say. I thought you handled it well and allowed a good balance of keeping things on track and organic conversation.
