1. change password to 20 char string
2. notice a 8-15 char limit warning but it saves anyway
3. log out
4. log in… fails

They dont want you password to be secure!
Sometimes the password textbox has a limit, but does not display any error. Took my long time to figure out why my password wasn’t working.
Could be worse. Starbucks has different password requirements for their website and their mobile app, which both use the same credentials to authenticate. When I first experienced the issue, their support staff had never encountered the problem before. (None of their mobile customers have long passwords with punctuation?)
