If iOS 9 runs on the iPad like it does on the iPhone, don’t do it. Lots of crashes, stability problems, and crashing programs. Same with watchOS 2. I shouldn’t have upgraded! Wait until beta 3 or 4.
I will say that the multi-touch gestures for text selection and moving the cursor around are nice (on the 6 Plus). I could see using the updates Notes application as a replacement for Evernote (which I don’t use all that much to begin with).

I’m not seeing the instability issues Adam is, but battery life is severely impacted in a negative way in my experience so far.
