This is a great post.
I’ve got the second of nine sports conditioning classes today. I nearly passed out (literally) during the first one. Over the last couple of years: working late plus badly sprained ankle (crutches for a month) plus poor eating habits plus more time golfing and less time playing volleyball/basketball has taken its toll on my level of conditioning. Assuming I survive the course, I hope to turn that around a little.
I did get a new calendar with nice black and white photos of sailboats at work – so I’ve got that going for me… which is nice. Is anyone reading this? Post a comment.
