Habitat for Humanity

I spent today working on a local Habitat for Humanity site. It’s been a while since I’d done a day’s worth of manual labor. I had to take a little nap this evening. We painted primer on the second floor of the town-house structure, including under the eves – that part isn’t much fun.

In college I spent a summer painting exteriors, but this was the first time I’d done so from scaffolding instead of ladders. I got to see some friends I hadn’t seen in a little while and it felt good to help out. Thanks for setting it up Matt.
