- Rands In Repose: The Bear Story
It’s slowly turning into the weblog-o-burbs where all the real work to settle down is gone. It’s a single point and click to create your space which means the new arrivals don’t have any skin in the game because they’re not worried about being eaten by a bear.
- SimpleBits | Figure 1: Current Work/Life Balance – ah, the joy of self-employment.
- Wireless Internet: Intel Ranks the 100 Most Unwired U.S. Cities – Denver is #7, I moved here from the Bay Area (#2) and grew up in Seattle (#1). (thanks Dougal)
- Casio G-Shock GW-400J Vibrating Watch Reviewed (Verdict: It’s About Time) – I like the idea of a phat digital watch, but there’s something about a simple, classic analog watch that I like better.
- Open Source Design? – at the end of the last contract job I did, I turned over all files including the source Photoshop files.
- This is Martey Dodoo – WP Category Feeds Don’t Play Nice with RSS Category – I had to do a lot of manual rewrite rule editing for the FeedLounge site.
- dress a prostitute in white and she%u2019s still not a virgin
- Stattoo 1.2 – i don’t use Stattoo, but I don’t use Dashboard either. Mainly, I forget about Dashboard because the information in the widgets just isn’t compelling enough to make me rememeber. That, plus almost all of the information is online and I’m already in a browser half the time – and the online stuff works on all my machines.
- Incredi-Ball
- masuga.com – Help All Of Us Get Tabbed Chatting In iChat – why not just use Adium? It already has tabbed chat windows and supports Yahoo and additional protocols.
Capsule, The Developer’s Code Journal
I’m very pleased today to announce the release of Capsule, the developer’s code journal. Capsule replaces the scratch document you have…
Why use iChat? iSight/iChatAV. Our whole immediate family (my household [me/wife/two kids] three parental households and sister-in-law’s household) has an iSight, so we’re often video chatting. Great with 4 kids in the family under 10.
I guess I’ll have to wait for Apple to come out with faster PowerBooks, mine (1.5ghz) can’t handle iChat AV.
