Unless I’m blind, you’ve got WP Unformatted listed twice. Also, your WP-Grins example page has no smilies (all alt text).
Last but not least, can you change the tab index on your comments form? Your new spam box is before the comment box, but it’s after it in tab index.

A little issue though: wp-mobile.php does not reflect blog’s charset setting. I changed the line 135 and it worked in multibyte language (in my case, Japanese).
