Yeah, that about does it.
Just English. Since I am a Brit, that could also mean Liverpudlian English, Mancunian English, Brummy English…Cockney to name just a few. But being a Londoner at heart I’ll stick with plain old English.
I hate the way that software installers from people like Adobe have “American English” and “International English”.
How about “English”?
Because british english includes stupid words like ‘petrol’ and ‘put another smoke on the darby’
