I’m pretty positive about this too, and I love the concept. So far the only drawbacks for me are my better home computer set-up (which is a problem easily fixed by throwing money at it) and a 25-30 minute drive.

Argh, i’m actually rather jealous, this looks so cool, I wish there was something like this where I live (NYC metro area, though it would have to be outside the city). I find myself staying late in the office to work on personal projects due to the better enviroment than at home, which never works out well since I get dragged back into work stuff too much!
