The WordPress 1.5 Theme Competition is coming along wonderfully. There have already been 14 16 themes submitted and we’ve been adding more and more prizes as well as increasing the value of the original prizes.
I’ve also posted some info and tips for theme authors, as well as a policy for accepting updates to theme submissions.
