Day 3 of INBOX ZERO.
Couldn’t do it for the previous 10+ years. The biggest enabler? Getting fewer emails as I step into the CTO role.

I could set up an automated script or add you to all my cron lists if you like.
@alexkingorg That reminds me, I need to shoot you a few emails! J/K
Alex, continually bragging about INBOX ZERO is really inviting some sort of disaster. Just enjoy it and be quiet. 🙂 Also, congrats.
@alexkingorg I’ve found Inbox Zero a lot easier since I’ve started using Google Tasks. Ctrl-T is great.
@bradt I don’t Gmail, but the idea of moving stuff out of email is universally good.
@alexkingorg Oh yea? What do you use?
@bradt Mail.app – since the 1990s I’ve been trained to use multiple windows to email.
@alexkingorg whoa, is there shortcut keys?
@bradt Of course, I’m not an animal. I also use @msgfiler extensively (and non-Gmail IMAP accounts).
@alexkingorg “been trained”… sounds like you spent a year in a Himalayan temple learning the ways of multiple window email hackery, hah.
@bradt Glad I portrayed that accurately. The monks are really big on keyboard shortcuts.
