A perfect game at age 40, amazing!
Like most Mariners fans, I have very fond memories of Randy Johnson’s wonderful performance down the stretch and in the post-season back in 1995.

I have to say he could always give my team…..a run for their money….especially when they had. Maddox,Glavin,Smoltz,Wohlers and Mercker. The Braves have always been my team back when they where nothing and looks like we are back there again . I even named my Cat Smoltz
I threw a perfect game when I played teeball. It’s not that hard.
Without the Unit, Safeco field may never have been built and the Mariners may be playing in Tampa. He was the key to the ’95 stretch run, which happened right before the stadium measure passed by the slimmest of margins. Congrats Randy from all M’s fans!
All this reminiscing is well and good, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that Johnson is a lousy father! His bull#%&@ press release about “fully financially supporting” is daughter is pure crap. If he were really a man he’d know it’s about more than money; it’s about being a DAD not a PRICK!!!!!
Greg from Houston (glad he’s not here!)
You know what, it’s not about being a dad. He obviously doesn’t want to be a dad to this girl. Maybe that whore of a mother of hers should have thought about her daughters’ future life before she got prengnant with her. I fully support Johnson. I hope not only that he wins this case, but that this also provides a catalyst for a change in our child welfare laws where mothers are required to provide proof of where that money is being spent so all of those greedy whores aren’t just getting pregnant so they can live in a nicer house and have nicer shoes. I mean really…what is she doing with $69,000 a year in tax-free money. In addition, what child at 16 years old is in day care? Really. Greg, you’re a moron. Grow some friggin’ balls and be a man and stand up for what’s right. It’s all well and good that you’re concerned for the well being of the child, but Johnson has done all that’s required of him and he’s been cheated. If he doesn’t want to be a father to that girl, he doesn’t have to be. Maybe one of the mother’s boyfriends can be a daddy.
