Sigh… Spammers

It seems a spammer is sending e-mail using my domain as the return address. I can assure you the virus/spam you’re getting didn’t originate from me.

    I’ve had virii or spammers one using a couple of my accounts as fictitious From: lines. I notice when I get bounces.

    Somebody sent spam as my domain recently too. Look for formmail clone on your dns server and have it shut down – chances are it is being exploited. Quite common right now unfortunately.

    All my mail scripts are custom PHP I’ve written that have the receipent hard coded to my address. The spammers are just spoofing the return address, it isn’t coming from my machine.
