    Alex, have you considered swapping with one of your PM’s to have a couple interruption-free hours in the day? Say, 10-11a and 2-3p, or whenever you feel at your peak energy each day? You just have to carve out some time for you to work. I bet giving yourself a couple one-hour periods a day would really ramp up your creativity, and chances are that your CF guys will come to understand and appreciate your need for it, too.
