I started working on packaging Tasks 2.0 yesterday, I expect to have a public beta ready in the next 2 weeks.
I’ve had a few e-mails recently asking what new features will be included from 1.8.5, I’ve pointed them to these two posts (though I will pull together a cohesive list before I release).
This post is part of the project: Tasks Pro™. View the project timeline for more context on this post.
Excellent news. I’ve just started using this software in the past few weeks, but find it indispensible already, even for my own personal development. I had developed a system with similar functionality in Access a few years ago and was about to start porting it over to the my local webserver. Your software allowed me to basically forego that need. Once again, excellent news on the enhancements to Tasks 2.0 and I will be looking forward to getting it and being able to track my client projects from my website.
tasks 1.8.6rc1 released
I’ve released tasks 1.8.6rc1. This includes a couple of changes that should make the iCalendar work better and a change to PHP iCalendar that should put the tasks iCalendar into the ‘Calendars’ drop down.
Tasks 2.0 development is coming alo…
