I love the idea, but ultimately I’m too lazy. I haven’t even ripped all my CDs yet and don’t own many DVDs. iTunes Match does all my music via Apple TV and any movies we own stream from Apple or Amazon.

Brian makes some great points here. I’d add that taking the time to be thoughtful about criticism also gives you time to better understand the problem someone was trying to solve, and perhaps better understand the reasons for their approach. It results in a better critique.
