I updated my WordPress Mobile Edition plugin while building alexking.org v2. Significant changes include:
- Support for pages as well as posts
- A link to exit the mobile interface if someone wants to (and a matching link to re-enter).
- Less blocking access to the admin interface
- Proper README
The updated download is available on my WordPress Plugins page.
If you have any trouble with this, please open a thread in the WP Support Forums and send me the link.
UPDATE: the version first posted still had Firefox listed as a mobile browser (from my testing). To fix this, edit the wp-mobile.php plugin and remove the ,'Firefox' on line 73, or re-download.

I didn’t write that one so I’m not terribly sure. I think it’s mainly some choices about what is presented and how, and the ability to exit/re-enter from a mobile device. You should ask the author, that person probably had a good reason to write wp-pda when wp-mobile already existed. I’ve never talked to them.

Great Plugin - thanks, i use user registration as i want detailed numbers fro how many people comment on my blog, in the previous versions of this plugin i could never get the login link to work.
Do you have suggestions that allow you to do so ?
Or am i just setting it up incorrectly.

Hello. Great plugin. I do have a request :), is there a administrator backend designed for mobile devices? I can post by e-mail but I cannot upload photos that way. If there were a mobile device backend I could blog fully from my Pocket PC and decrease the load from 264k to about 13k. Thanks again.
